Chocolate Chequita Recipes: • 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur • 1 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream • 1 1/2 oz chocolate syrup • 1 whole fresh banana • 6 oz crushed ice • 1 maraschino cherry

Preparation:

Cut a 1/2 inch slice of banana and set aside for garnish. Add crushed ice, banana, Irish cream , chocolate syrup and Kahlua together in a blender. Blend on frappe for 45 seconds or until smooth. The mixture should have the consistency of a fast food shake when ready. Form the slice of banana and cherry into garnish. Add thick straws and enjoy!

Agave Kiss Recipes: • 2 oz Herradura Tequila Silver • 1 oz white creme de cacao • 1 oz double cream • 1/2 oz Chambord • white chocolate flakes for rimming • fresh raspberries for garnish

Preparation:

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Herradura tequila, white crème de cacao, double cream and Chambord.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rimmed with white chocolate, add a spear of fresh raspberries, and serve.

Chocolate Chip Recipes: • 1/2 oz white creme de cacao • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao • 1/2 oz Irish cream • 1 1/2 oz milk

Preparation:

Half fill a shaker with ice. Add liqueurs and top with milk. Shake and pour over ice.

Valentine cocktail Recipes: • 4 parts passion fruit juice • 3 parts gin • 1 part limoncello • 1 part banana liqueur • 1 part strawberry liqueur

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients except the strawberry liqueur over ice and pour into a frozen glass frosted with a sugar rim. Slowly add the strawberry liqueur to the glass. (The red strawberry liqueur will sink to the bottom giving the drink a red base that will fade into pink as it floats to the top of the glass.)

Chocolate Kiss Recipes: • 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur • 1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream • 1/2 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur • 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao • 1/2 oz cream

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a martini cocktail glass, and serve.

Chocolate Cocktail Recipes: • 1 tsp Yellow Chartreuse® • 1 oz port • 1 tsp powdered sugar • 1 egg white

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a whiskey sour glass, and serve.

Extreme Valentine Recipes: • 2 shots vodka • 5 oz root beer • 5 oz Mountain Dew® citrus soda

Preparation:

Mix ingredients with ice in a glass. Serve with an orange slice.

Heartbreaker Recipes: • 4 ounces chilled sparkling rosé wine • 1 ounce Bacardi Razz rum

Preparation:

In a champagne flute combine the rum and the sparkling wine. Serve

Saint Valentine’s cocktail Recipes: • 1 1/2 oz hipnotiq • 1 oz vodka • 1/2 oz blue curacao • Carambola and Cherries

Preparation:

Mix well the 3 liqueurs together in a very cold shaker.
Decorate with cherries and carambola and serve.

Dirty Banana Recipes: • 1 1/2 oz Tia Maria • 1 banana • 1/2 - 2 tsp sugar • fill milk or cream • ice

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into glass and top with splash of Tia Maria or chocolate shavings.
